Re: Support requests -- titling and pruning
Is something wrong with the Events forums or have I been denied access to them for a reason?

Re: Support requests -- titling and pruning
I fixed it Fitz, it was a permissions issue for the MWG members group. Let us know if you have any problems getting into anything else.

Re: Support requests -- titling and pruning
Thank you. No problems getting into any other forums.
Re: Support requests -- titling and pruning
Greetings guys,
i wanted to let you know that I wanted to update my signature, but for some odd reason it's not letting me. instead i've received messages from "Image needs to be 500 pixels wide" to "message should be 250 characters"? and yet the text i'm writing is actually SHORTER than the two sentences i have already.
Not sure where the glitch is. if anyone can help i'd appreciate it.
Thanks,
-River

Re: Support requests -- titling and pruning
There's a size limit on sig bar images. We probably need to institute the same thing to fix the avatar problem too.

Hey Jim,
Avatar is just fine. That's not the problem.
As for the sig bar, i know there's a limit, but it's the same size as Chris' and it's a link, not really an uploaded image (not sure if i can upload a sig bar image).
Also, i'm not looking to update my sig bar image (not yet at least). just some text.
Chris i'll PM you.

Actually, your avatar isn't fine its causing people problems with the forum layout, but that's something we have to figure out on our end and its what I was referencing.

the only problem I see is when I'm on my droid, that's when it bleeds over.iam8114 wrote:Actually, your avatar isn't fine its causing people problems with the forum layout, but that's something we have to figure out on our end and its what I was referencing.
However, when i'm on my desktop, no problemo.
The max size for the avatars is 200x200? I beleive I set it at that.
but I see what you're saying, not sure why others are having issues. is it both on desktop AND phones or just phones?

Re: Support requests -- titling and pruning
I see it on my phone, which I can't do anything about so I can't read your postings there, and I see it on my desktop when I'm using the split screen, which I can do something about just by changing the split ratio.
Current image:
Maximum dimensions; width: 200 pixels, height: 200 pixels, file size: 14.65 KiB.
My own is 142x115. I'm bored with mine, though I'm going to change it up.
93 x 78

Ok I changed it up 150x150 see if that helps.

Re: Support requests -- titling and pruning
The width is still a bit large. Looks OK on screen but on phones it is clipping just a bit outside the area. Can you try to bring in the width a bit ? Then I'm going to lock in those settings on the boards.River wrote:TB 0101 wrote:

Re: Support requests -- titling and pruning
Can someone help me on this? I cancelled my old account and I assume it will be active until the end of April. Since I have tk9965@midwestgarrison on my original trading cards, I'd like to get this fixed so I can still use it.Who handles the email forwarding? My email is tk9965@thenetyouneed.com and my forwarder is tk9965@midwestgarrison.com. I'm going to drop my thenetyouneed account soon and I'll be using tk9965@gmail.com.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Re: Support requests -- titling and pruning
Sorry, I thought Chris handled this. It's fixed, but it may take a few hours to fully switch over.
