IL -Pekin/61554-Winter Wonderland parade-Sun 11/25/12

Another great day for an outdoor event in November especially one starting at 3:30 in the afternoon. I think this is the best parade that Pekin does, very good turnout and a great way to kick off the holiday season. The parade always ends with Santa and then after dark fireworks and the lighting of the Christmas lights in the park. The highlight of the parade for me was the group of younglings in the crowd at the beginning of the parade that were all humming the "Star Wars Theme" , they really were going for it
