I registered here last month I believe, but checking in now with the welcome thread, I don't think I introduced myself! LOL
I'm pretty much all over the net at some Star Wars forums, including the Bloodfin and IndyKnight boards, Mandalorian Mercs and The Dented Helmet, and a few others. I usually go by Darth Taiter, but I also sometimes use FettFan as an ID.
I live in central Illinois (Pana), so this looks like the actual garrison for my area
I do have a Jedi costume, though it can always be improved, and I'm currently working on a custom Mandalorian costume. In the future, I thought getting an Imperial officer costume together would be pretty cool, once I get better at working with fabrics, as I'm definitely no seamstress.Boba Fett, Jango Fett, Mandalorians, Clone Troopers, Republic Commandos--all my favorite characters, but I've been a Boba Fett fan for well over a decade now. My first Boba Fett poster now watches over my computer desk.
I'm an apsiring artist, and hope to finish my associate's in art this year to continue in graphic design or traditional art as a bachelor's degree.
As for any other hobbies: I'm in TaeKwonDo along with my daughter (at camo belt now), I like working out (and need to!), biking, hiking, walking, and surfing the 'net. I also scrapbook on occasion, and play video games on my Xbox 360, though I'm not a heavy gamer.
I hope to check in once in a while, and wanted to say HI to every one! I see a Peoria air show event listed, and I love air shows--miss Air Rendezvous since they cancelled that in Springfield. If I get up there, I'll look for you guys!
