TK transfer from Canadian Garrison

Hi everyone! TK10498 reporting.
Next month I will be moving from London Ontario to Chicago. IG-11, 8D8, and a pit droid will be coming with me. I also have an X-Wing pilot in the Rebel Legion.
If anyone has any advice regarding Chicago (where to live/not live, etc), I would love to hear it. My partner will be working at University of Chicago, so we have been looking in that area, but it looks like all the fun stuff is up north.

Welcome and looking forward to your transfer & arrival.

As far as the city, is pricey & congested, but yes, the Northside has more "Out & About" options than the Southside.

If yiur better half is going to work in UIC, I suggest Tayor street area.
