And I was like ... "Dude! Queen Quincy found me on Facebook!"
And then I found everybody else from the Midwest Garrison on Facebook and it was really excellent. So I joined the new non-ezboard forum (yes, it HAS been THAT long) and now I'm saying "Hi!".
I still miss the opening toast to a every new midwest garrison "tour of duty". It was my favorite moment and the one I relate to my fellow students when recounting my days of "working as a costumed character" as I explain my crazy midwest garrison/garrison titan past.
I graduate in a few weeks and then it will be "Dr. Zamweasel".

I'm so happy that Quincy found me because then I was able to find you guys!
To demonstrate how much veterinary school has changed me: the idea of an activity that takes tens of hours and costs hundreds of dollars without a positive medical outcome seems ridiculous to me now. But I know I can be reformed. My costumes have been stored and even worn by fellow classmates but I am so excited to wear them again.
I can't wait until I graduate because I'm so close! I'm already planning for DragonCon 2009. I can't wait to see you guys there.
I've missed you all so much!

Here's my latest costume:

It's disposable! And paid for.
