Hi everyone I'm new to these boards and thought I'd say hi. I know a few people that are in the garrison already and have been going to events for awhile as a part of the Rebel Legion but I've finally decided to join the dark side with an ESB Boba Fett costume. The costume is not done quite yet and I'm not officially in the garrison but I thought I'd start out soon. I hope to submit my application within the next week. I look forward to trooping with you all soon.

Brent has been participating in MWG events for over a year most recent was comic book day & Blue Harbor (also was at HOAE attendee)
*also turned out his own lightsaber & built from scratch Link

Hello to you all from the uk.
just wanted to say hello and introduce myself "vaderlady". Im a member of the uk garrison at home but for some reason don't ask I cant get access, so I thought I'd try another garrison if nothing else I get to talk starwars and make a few new friends from across the water. I go to all the cons at home and am looking forward to the celebration in london in july. Any of you going?
Did any of you go to the 30th celebration, bet it was brilliant wish I could of been there. Any way hello again and looking forward to getting to know you all.

Thanks for the warm welcome and thank you trent for the little introduction ^_^ I actually am almost finished with my Boba Fett costume here are some pictures I hope to submit my application to the 501st soon but I'd like to have it be TOTALLY complete before I do that.

and yes I was at the Heart of an Empire premiere in Madison. I sat with the group of 501st that came and sort of hung out afterwards so you probably saw me.

So where in Madison do you live? I used to live in Brighton Square Apartments on Kent Lane off of Rimrock Road. I worked at Hydrite Chemical out in Cottage Grove.

You've probably realized by now that a costume is usually never finished, there is always something else to do to it. Congrats on what you have so far. Pretty darm sharp.

oh yes all my costumes are constantly going under repairs ^_^ I actually live off Cottage grove road and bukeye sort of on the way to cottage grove. So pretty close to you.
