HE JAsencios...where in Chicago is your Studio????
It's in an Artists Building in Garfield Park... Not the best of neighborhoods but i have been their for 6 years with no incidents and the rent is cheap so i can't complain. it is a secure building...

I am at 3311 W. Carroll Street, Chgo, IL 60624 if you care to us the Google to look it up on street map.

Via Gaza...Location possibility Joliet library. Date & time still to be determined.
All right, look, there's only one "Return," okay, and it ain't "of the King," it's "of the Jedi!

I'm not going with Anovos, but plan on building this winter one of the other types. Obviously I want all the Anovos guys to have a spot, but would love to go to this workshop on building and to just meet some of you all.

Cheers,
Johnny

Heck! Lets make it a party... I'd really like to get the EIB or Centurion... well ultimate accuracy in any case... which is the higher of the two?

I bought an Anovos kit, even though I just finished up my set of TM armor. I'm totally in for this workshop.

where you are all coming from
Rick Devine and I ordered the Anovos armor. We're both near Champaign, so Joliet would be good.

I ordered an Anovos, and I think at lest one other person in the Peoria area ordered one as well. Would you want to schedule a second meeting in the Bloomington or Peoria area for us "southern" troopers?

If there is enough demand, that is something I would definitely consider for the "Southern" troopers.

or...you can just go across the street to the Route 66 Diner....lol..

Where I really don't intend to build another TK, I always try to attend workshops when I can

Please count me in as well. My name is Steve. Just ordered my Avonos TK kit and would really appreciate and enjoy this workshop as I am an aspiring trooper and this will be my first armor. Plus it will give me a chance to meet all of you.

As it is well known, ANOVOS has offered an incredible deal regarding their line of film accurate TK armor at a can't miss price. I have also seen many people jump on this offer....and who wouldn't!!??
As an officer in the FISD and consultant to many, it has been both an honor and privilege to assist people in helping their TK dreams come true. Many have contacted me about the Anovos armor already as was expected. As much as I want to help everyone, I am but one guy. Regardless of the price, assembling this armor can be both nerve racking and intimidating. Knowledge here is POWER.

I would like to see if people would be interested in a one day workshop to introduce to you what is all involved with assembling this armor. I will cover everything and answer all questions. Please post here if you would like something like this to be made available.
In the meantime, If you are to build this armor, whether accuracy is your concern or not, you NEED to sign up over at FISD http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/ You will have access to view important threads regarding materials you will need: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/3 ... -tk-build/ Accessories you will need to obtain:http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/4 ... cessories/ , tips and tricks:http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/4 ... -painting/ Blasters: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/116-blastech-e11/but most of all, you will need to become familiar with the features of your armor kit. Although none of us have yet to see it, your kit will be EXTREMELY similar to these screen accurate armor types: Troopermaster(TM) and RS PROPS. Become familiar with these armors and the parts and it will go much easier!! http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/8 ... d-threads/http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/8 ... d-threads/.

UPDATE!!! The top meeting room at the Joliet Library has been reserved for us. The date is SATURDAY, AUGUST 29, 2015. 10AM-2PM[/b] We are not allowed to have food or refreshments in the meeting room, but I will see if perhaps we can use another room to order sandwiches or other refreshments for a break.

Hello and good morning, I am an extreme new guy in the process of doing as much research and reading as possible as I begin this journey. I have not purchased an armor kit yet. I was wondering/hoping if I can attend this work shop? I figure it would be an excellent opportuntiy to learn and see, but most importantly, meet new people.
