Here's a pic of the helmet so far. It needs clear-coating, visor, and mesh, and a mouthpiece which I don't have.

Its a resin casting, but I'm not sure of the origin. I got it from a local guy who unfortunately no longer has the mold.

Jason you missing the old Stormtrooper armor yet?? The new stuff is looking good so far! Have you got to making any of the armor yet or just the helmet?

The armor is coming along. All major assembly is done with the exception of the belt. I'll be painting the belt boxes and the belt itself before attaching the boxes. Other than that, I'm in the strapping and painting phase on the main suit. The accessories still need attention.
BTW, I do miss the old TK suit. Keeping my fingers crossed that a new one will be in the works soon.
