Still on the docket:
1)Past and future Event Database population.
2)Membership DB update and populate.
3)Fix url in the MWG graphic, or home button, to redirect to the main page rather then both going to the forum index
4) Area for image downloads
5) Look into 'clipping' issue with avatars

Removed or completed tasks:
1)Current Event Database population completed. (but needs tweaking)
2)Additional skins other then the X-Silver. (removed see below reason)
3)Look into adding TKID for user. (MWG member group completed 1/27/11)
Now that the site is stable and pertinent bugs worked out. I'm going to start tackling both of these starting next week.
I will need Damian's or Chip's assistance, if they can, since for the membership database since I'm going to need the actual pictures supplied to the 501st website.
Additional skins to change the color of the boards to suit individuals request has been removed. Reason being a new template WILL affect the mod addons, as changes have to be made to the template files to accommodate the mods. I don't see this being a necessity.

One thing you may want to add to the bottom of your list is a skin change...reading a few posts before, I see not everyone has an easy time with the blues on the forum right now. A skin or two would enable them to alter that. Not a priority, I know, but something we should look into. Personally, I find the blues soothing (and I'm utterly biased, blue being my fav color)

Thanks Aimee. I'm a little worried how long the project will be finding all this data for members and events, but as long as I can collect some here and there and stick with it. I'll have to save the excel doc somewhere where we can have access to it, just in case something were to happen.
I like blue too. So as Webmaster I say it stays. LOL
Ya I was kicking around the skins idea too. Let me add it to the list. Also need to fix the url on the Midwest Garrison logo to go to the main page. I'm going to keep the home button to stay within the forums.

There's one under the user profile for the 501st Legion ID. I just want to make sure she's thinking the other title.

I believe so. I'm waiting for Aimee to chime in to make sure. I did some research today and nothing jumped out at me.

On the old forum, under a person's name it read their TK ID, if it wasn't in their screen name, that is. Some had some goofy stuff in there, too.
As it is now, there is no quick and easy way for coordinators to track down ID #'s going on the info provided.
I'll use Phyllis as an example. Schph Gochi doesn't tell us her ID # is 1951. Nothing in her current profile says what her ID is.

Go to admin control panel
go to users and groups tab
you should be under User Administration & find member you want to edit.
when user account comes up change the drop down box on the upper right to profile and add the id number in the box on the bottom.

one thing to keep in mind, if an id is like yours and starts with a zero, it drops that zero automatically.

I thought you were hoping on adding it to what is displayed when we post? xxxx being where you wanted the number to be displayed. I tried to explain where it was when we were chatting, under the user profile, guess I didn't explain myself well enough.
