07/20/19-SAT-Birthday Party-Streamwood

On Saturday, 7/20/19, troopers attended a birthday party in Streamwood, IL, for a ten-year-old girl. (The family are friends of MWG members). Troopers escorted the birthday cake in, gave the birthday girl a crocheted Porg, and posed for pictures. Although the troop was short (less than an hour when not counting changing time), the family donated $150 to the Basket Brigade of Suburban Chicago, a charity which provides Thanksgiving baskets to those in need.
