EVENT: 22nd Annual Greater Chicago Food Depository Hunger Walk 2007 Saturday, June 16, 2007 at Montrose Harbor 4400 N. Lake Shore Drive at the Lake Michigan lakefront.

This has been our 5th year in a row participating at this event. This 2.5-mile walk directly benefits the Greater Chicago Food Depository's network of pantries, soup kitchens and shelters in Cook County.
Members of the Midwest Garrison & friends have volunteered in costume as entertainment at this event in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and now 2007! We were there prior to the start of the walk and afterwards to meet & greet the walkers, pose with participants for TONS of pictures and have a load of fun in costume at the Lakefront. Great stuff! Fun times!
