Halloween 2006
Yes, that beard is acrylic paint. I worked with what I had on hand and could be procured at Walmart.

I wish I had a picture of my sad, sorry attempt at a Ulic Qel-Droma costume back in 1998. My shoulder scale mail armor was pains-takingly constructed out of brown poster board from Wal-Mart, and I think it was tied down to my shoulders with shoelaces.
