p.s...............the FIRST one i ordered NEVER arrived . And i was fighting to get my money back for a month . Finally got it back tho . This one shipped out in a week .

Next is to..........GET OUT AND WEAR the darn costume this year !

Seriously tho..................I'm done for the moment . I got the new belt already.....And this cape was my final piece . At least for a while .

Was bored today so i suited up and took a few Pics of what i have so far !
This is my own kinda "generic " Batman Impression . Not really any one particular Batman as we've yet seen . Kinda a mix between Begins and comic book style .

Gotta add the poles into my Batcape now so i can get the FULL spread .

New belt /cape /boots / bat emblem . ALL upgraded from when we did the Stillman Valley parade .
Yep......eye black.

I have the zipper , just need to get it in . Maybe this week !

I have begun penciling in Parade dates i would like to do in "THE BATMAN" this year for 2009 . Subject to change of course . If anyone would like to get involved in a Support or Villian Costumed role , please PM me and we'll see what we can work out .

May 25th....Memorial Day Parade Pecatonica Illinois [ west of Rockford]

June..... Still Thinking [open]

July 4th..............West Peoria Illinois parade [Probable]...or....Dixon Illinois petunia Fest Parade [maybe]

July 18th............ Rockton Illinois Old settlers parade [ Rockford]

August ..........Still Thinking [open]
Possible Rochelle Illinois on the 23rd ? [probable]

September 27th .....Stillman Valley Illinois

October 11th......Cortland Illinois [Definite ].......This is where Fitz Lives !
GREAT small town parade . GREAT appreciative crowds .

Also , just ordered my 2nd BatCowl . This will be a more "Traditional " Hero type cowl . Pics here when i get it in hand .

Jodo ? Have you come up with ANY Parade idea possibilities in downstate il yet ?
