In the gym, Gaza and I dodged basketballs and hula hoops. We shot free-throws with our buckets on until we sank one each and then we quit while we were on top. 
After a group photo with all of the kids, we all went back to the party room and sang Happy Birthday to Connor before digging into Star Wars cupcakes!Strangely, we didn't take too many pictures with the kids. I only have one, with the boy of one of my other co-workers, Max.
This was my first time coordinating a birthday party event, and I couldn't have done it without the help of Jason, David, and Steve, who all came out to make the day one that Connor will never forget. We gave Connor a great party, but more importantly, our efforts earned a donation of $250 for XMas for Kids. That's enough money to get all of the clothes and school supplies for one underprivileged child in LaSalle County, with enough left over for presents to help make sure that they have a merry Christmas.
