This was my grandson's Birthday party, and I was asked by my son-in-law if i could get a couple more togther and surprize him. The son-in-law took the boys out for laser tag and pizza. while they were out, phyllis and I arrived at the son-in-law's parents house and began suiting up. We got ready in the basement and awaited the phone call they were coming back home. once they were all seated waiting on birthday cake, we climbed up the stairs and came in from behind...they were caught by suprize
After the candles were lit, and "happy birthday" sung. We fielded some questions, and learned that TK gloves will protect you from shock hazards, as the boys tried to get us with some gag i pods that buzz you when depressing the button, lol.
Once the cake was cut up and eatten, we went outside for some photos. Once we were out in the open, we attracted some of the nieghbor kids to come check us out. We even had one little one run home, get his lightsaber and come back to challenge us...he was no match for the Empire, but we admired his courage and let him go
The boys tried to show us up at one point...
However once we subdued the Birthday boy...
the others quickly fell into order...
