IL – CRYSTAL LAKE /60014 –CUB SCOUTS B/G DINNER –SUN 3/4/12

On Sunday, 3/4/12, members of the MWG invaded a space themed Blue and Gold Dinner for Pack # 557 in Crystal Lake, IL. We arrived at 1:30 to be suited up and ready to roll by 2:00. We were received very well, and spent the majority of the time dodging the wait staff at the banquet hall, and of course posing for lots of pictures as well! Of course, there was time for fun as well...Cheryl found a banner that she just loved...

We had a ton of fun and all enjoyed another troop this weekend that was so close to home!

A raffle was held during which several Star Wars related prizes were given away. All proceeds benefit the Cary Algonquin Food Bank. Total amount raised was over $400!! As soon as I get a final number, I will post it here.

So 3 Troopers @ 1.5 hrs, and a $400 of direct funds raised (I post the final number as soon as I have it Phyllis!)
