This was the 5th year of doing the Hope/Advocate Children's Hospital visit for Bug's Pals. We had a great turn out of characters, and as always were a huge hit with both children and adults. We had several members donate coloring books, crayons, books, and toys. Dan Siemek's sister's business provided us with food and drinks for afterwards once again. Also, his brother in law donated pillows from Bass Pro Shops that were made to look like real fish. They seemed pretty popular with the patients. All in all another fantastic visit to help make these children's days a little brighter.

Thank you to everyone, both those from this year, and to all who have participated in these events in past years. It means a lot to both Dan and his family, as well as me.

We had 11 troopers for this years event, plus 2 for support (thanks to Ed and Pat's wives for photos and support )

13 X 3 = 39 hrs trooped.

Although we had several members donate books and toys, I have no idea what dollar amount it would be.
