plz confirm that it's complete with the two cd's in it on the inside of the front cover. My wife also found one for $27 but that version didn't include the cd's...it seemed to have everything else.

yep and it does snag sometimes. I may reverse them. Or I may just apply dummy velcro pieces to the exposed hook portions to minimize it.
If you're setting yours up, I would have the fuzzy side facing in, definitely.
