Always mock up your armor with tape and use a pencil to mark where you think you will need to trim. And don't be too worried about the calves being open in the back, it's canon. Just look frame by frame at the shots of the troopers invading the blockade runner. The thighs are always tough to ...

Thanks for the pictures! Those were rather helpful to say the very least, the whole process too. I was wondering, I can fit into the ab plate and kidney plate closed. So I could actually rivet one sides (like the films) and used snaps on the other side? My worry is that one side will look closed (a...

Anywho, the dilemma I posted eariler in this thread was that I made the joins between the arms too big. My 20 mm strip for the legs fits my arms (B...

Update- The armor will most certainly not be ready for Halloween, which was a priority, but no longer is anymore. It is certainly not worth such a investment that is the TK! At least not to rush it, that's for sure. On the flip side, I finally got my sewn RFT gear so I am content :D I made a GIANT ...

Ok good, I was thinking that the smaller one be the brow, but it pays to double check! On a side note, E6000 takes 24 hours to fully cure...I know the FISD swear by it. It's just so gooey, I am used to super glue. Sands, you ever use it before? If the suit is HIPS super glue works great. E6000 is g...

The smaller square trim is for the brow.

I have built a couple of TE2 suits. Let me know if you need any tips.

Personally I love Stomper's Hovi-mix with speakers. Coupled with a Rom/Fx unit they are very loud and clear. And they look great. They aren't cheap, but worth every penny IMHO. I use them in both of my buckets and have them set up to use mini jacks so I can unplug my Rom/Fx and move it to whichever ...
