Welcome, Scott!

You should be able to see the state planning areas now. I'm sorry it took me so long to do this. We were using one of those steam cleaners on the living room carpet.

CAboots are very overpriced. My husband has two pairs. The first pair worked well for a couple of years and then one of the seems split. The second pair is not as comfortable as the first and left him wishing he had different boots. The little loops at the back for aid in pulling them on broke withi...

I have short legs, so capri length pants are basically the perfect length for me. Perhaps that is what Jen had in mind. :)

Good Luck!

You need gauntlet gloves and mid-calf height boots for this costume. You'd also need to cover all zippers on the jumpsuit and add some pockets and a com pad on the left wrist.

THe Star Wars costumes are a bit more of a challenge to make than the Star Trek ones. I have won a few original costume patterns on Ebay of the Simplicity and McCalls from the 70's and the 80's. Both are in good condition and only one has been cut. I am going to make a Jawa costume and the Princes ...

Welcome officially, Humper! You have been a great asset to us in Michigan by attending so many events, having a great attitude with everyone, working to make so many kids smile while in costume and adding all the artwork for things like coins and the droid hunt. To quote Carolyn "happy hand clap". :...

My AT-ST chin strap didn't peel until Blast borrowed my helmet. His scruffy chin is apparently stronger than bumper paint. ;)

Yes, Dan is the painting master. I think it is some sort of bumper paint, but I'm not sure.

I have never put together armor and I live way north of you. I'm sorry I can't help. :(

I get two sets of JoAnn's coupons a month (one for my maiden name and one for the married name). I should sign Jon up as well. :!:

They do sell industrial velcro at JoAnn's. They also sell snap sets and the snaps. They are also useful when putting armor together.

Those look like costume boots. Those Jack boots don't look sturdy enough, if that makes sense. :|
