In my StealthTrooper helmet I used the padding from a football helmet. Works fine for me and is comfortable. Thinking of replacing the hard-hat liner in my regular TK helmet with this.
(I HATE the hard hat liner.)

Asking me? The embroidered T-shirts cost me $20 and the embroidered polo shirts were $25.
(these had the TK#, Garrison, and patch all embroidered)

All the embroidered shirts I used to provide were by Gildan. Very good quality. If you wash them carefully they'll last for years. Mine still look as good as day one, and I still wear my original TK321 shirt from DragonCon 2000.
