Darthikari's E-11 build

Hi troops! While a TK is in my long-term costuming plans, my finances currently are keeping it just out of reach. I decided in the interim to start off building my E-11, and then go from there. So far I've scratch-built my animated DC-15s,



modded a Hasbro RFT blaster,



and made a DL-44 from an airsoft Mauser,



but this was my first resin-kit blaster build.

I got my Doopydoo kit after a nerve-wracking month of waiting for it to clear customs. The box was trashed, but the kit was perfect. I read a bunch of build threads, and decided on most of the mods I wanted to make and started picking up supplies. Aside from the epoxy, JB Weld, small screws and assorted dremel bits, I also purchased one point sight,



one tally counter,



and one magnifying ruler.




I laid out the parts,





and got down to business...
