I've got the forearm trimmed on the long edges where the cover strips go and rough trimmed on the ports of ingress/egress seems it would be simpler to make comfy by finishing attaching the two halves together before I trim out the rest, thoughts?

Either way would work but I would use the blue tape and temporarily put the forearms together to see how they fit before glueing anything together.

. Attempting the forearms left first both shoulder bells trimmed fully and elastic retention loops installed progress is slow

Javier speaks wise words about the blue tape to hold things in place for fitting purposes. If you can get hold of an exacto knife, you can use that to trim out your teeth on the helmet instead of buying files. Keep up the good work

Great shots and great progress, armored.
But, one aspect of your build has me confused...
During what step of the process do you drink the Miller Light?

Well kind of all the steps really only way to kill the gut wrenching hand shaking terror of messing up lol as for it being Miller? Well it's my last name so I have to lol. Good news though I'll be home from Texas Saturday and have Sunday to work on it before work Monday.
