For the lenses I use smoked plexiglass available at most home improvement stores,I got mine at Menards,Put them in the oven at about 300degress for 5 minutes and lay them in the mask, using gloves of course.....I put them on a cookiesheet covered with parchment paper. For the metal screens on my OT helmets I used the metal screen from a car air filter then backed them with a old style air conditioner filter.I am not sure if they will work for a ROTS helmet.Tusks you will just have to find them online.Stap material and parachute clips can be found at Jo-Ann fabrics or other similar stores.

I didn't think of it until you said about the air filter, there is a metal screen used for body work for filling holes before the bondo goes on.

sad to say its warped, you can see it in the attached pic. forgot to mention the mask and dome are fiberglass not plastic.

If I were taller I'd do a vader

Can you get ahold of maker and see if they can replace or correct?

Just got a reply from the guy & he talked with the mold maker; they both think it got warped from shipping (heat/compression/decompression.) They believe that if another one is shipped that it too will warp. They think if I put it in hot water it will snap back into its original shape.

That would be strange for fiberglass to do that unless it wasn't fully cured when it was shipped. After seeing the second angle on that I wouldnt think that hot water would bring that back into shape. Even abs would not be that forgiving as far as reshaping would go. ROTS helmet and dome were done perfectly symmetrical as you know. That would be too far off for me. Shouldn't have to do that much re shaping.
