You have made a fine choice, Bro. Reevz makes the best anywhere. You won't be sorry. :)

Brilliant looking cowl :D
Reminds me a bit of Simon Bisley's version of Batman.

I 've made excellent progress this week on the batman .
Artsee armor is strapped up and plasti-dipped ! I had to cut [slit ]the bat of the reeves cowl tho because the darn thing wouldn't go over my huge head without doing it . Hated to do it but i LOVE the looks of this cowl !
I've got the bat cape and am waiting on my Bat boots now ! I'll post pics "soon " of me in it..............But here is what it will Kinda sorta Look like when done !

Image

My gloves WILL be different than the ones pictured tho . As will the boots and obviously his Cowl is not the Reeves . But the armor is the same .

I honestly cried a little when I read this

did you try to lubircate the cowl and your head first? most water-based lubricants work great... I even got by with baby powder. Water works as well...

There was NO WAY i was going to get that thing onto my head as is . EVEN if i lubed my head up with an oilcan ! EVEN if i got in on , i would have NEVER gotten it back off ! It goes on easy now........and fits perfect once it's in place. I hated to do it but i can live with putting a zipper in the back . I'm not THAT ANAL about having a split in the back . It's a generic Kinda bat anyway . As that armor is a custom sculpt .

It's what it looks like from the front that really counts ! :P

I have high hopes ! The ARTsee armor is REALLY nice . It fits me pretty dang well . I "might " have to redo the knee caps tho as they sit a bit lower than my actual knee . Even he says they might need to be removed on a lot of people . Right now , i am thinking about adding the Dark knight Bat onto the chest . I think it would be better if it was painted on . But i'm still mulling that one over .
