Wow another update so soon? I must be bored or something! hehe
Well I mostly finished out the right forearm yesterday. I just need to drybrush it and it will be complete. Here it is in stages. I forgot to get a pic of it in the first silver coat, but after silver, a little rubber cement, it was onto the grey:
Then some more rubber cement, and the green:
Then I taped it all up, and sprayed the flat black details, and rubbed all the rubber cement off.
I'll get to the dry brushing soon. I hope...
The Master Chief (dial up beware, pic intensive)

Thank God for an armor party. Let me get some ideas for working on this, and I was able to get some actual work started. Again.
To attach the straps to the chest I cut the tops off, then reinforced the connection with another plastic strip. Its very strong and will work very well. Now the hard part. How to attach it to the back....
A little bondo on the seams, adn it'll soon be ready for paint!

Well made some more progress on the Chief. Also learned some important life lessons. So when you live in an apartment in the middle of the winter and need a place to paint, the bathroom with the fan on makes for a great idea. However in practice, I can't really recommend this. Couple hours later every horizontal surface in the bathroom was coated in a nice film of dried overspray. Took a while to clean up. eesh. Now I need a new idea. But here's what I got done while learning that little lesson.
