IL Fairview Heights Blue and Gold Dinner/Ceremony

So on Saturday the Empire descended on the Boy Scouts Blue and Gold Dinner. The event was completely Star Wars themed to include a 2foot tall R2 cake...it was really neat (Ash I think has a picture, please post). R2-D2 and his imperial escort entertained the kids with stories of their exploits and provided inspiring words concerning the spirit of volunteerism in the 501st. unfortunately for R2 his handler betrayed him and placed him under imperial custody, depite the presence of Chewbacca the "shoe wearing" wookie, the two Rebels could not escape. The kids were treated to a Q&A session which produced some of the most interesting questions and the revelation that Darth Maul has a secret daughter "Mara Brood"...

The Troopers then helped hand the kids their awards and badges and posed for pictures. A donation basket was passed during the event with proceeds being designated for the Make a Wish Foundation. $146.07 were collected for MAW and will be given to them during the 12 March Walk for Wishes event. I need to go back and get everyones ID numbers but here is what people care about most:
