IL-Bloomington/61701-Cub Scout Rocket Derby-FRI 4/26/13

On April 26, 2013, the Midwest Garrison was invited to be a part of Cub Scout Pack 33's Rocket Derby. The evening began with pictures and a rocket check-in. We were asked to choose and award winners for the best looking rockets in each age group. We then helped race the rockets by announcing the lineups and the winners. During the lulls between age groups, we helped the WeBeLOS earn their Showmanship badges by acting out scenes from the movies. Finally, I challenged the winner to a race between his ship and my "Rogue Shadow" which was rigged to lose, so he could truly be declared the greatest pilot in the galaxy. Then we handed out more awards and took more pictures. All together the troop lasted about 4 hours.

We raised $65 that night in donations for St. Jude.

I think I found them...but there was also a Snowtrooper in those photos and there is no Snowtrooper listed in the participants...
so...
I must have the wrong photos..
