We arrived at the High School around 3pm, got suited up, and made our way to the stage in the auditorium as they were finishing up. Nothing like making a grand appearance to the Imperial March music! Both the kids and parents loved it! We then made our way out to the main cafeteria area to mingle with the scouts, look at all of the cakes they had made, and of course pose for pictures with everyone.
Right before we went to suit down we were introduced to a gentleman named Joe Hunter, who is 85 years old and is currently an active member in the Boy Scouts and has been for 51 years! It was an honor to meet him!
After we suited down we came back out to the cafeteria and ate pizza and of course, cake. Overall length of the troop was around 2 hours and we all had a great time! I want to thank everyone who came out to troop it and a special thanks to Roland and Tyler for making the trip down from Legoland so they could troop it as well!! Thanks everybody!!
A donation to a charity in our name will be made in the near future. I will update the mission report when I get that information.
