Comments: This was the first Walk for Wishes in Rockford. We arrive around 8:00 a.m. to cool overcast skies & were ready to go by 9:00 a.m., which it had started lightly raining which turned into snow. We got to the event registration & took photos with the participants doing the walk. Due to the weather they changed the course that was being walked & despite the cold snowy weather everyone was in good spirits. We trooped till 11:00 a.m. & proceeded to suit down.
