This was an event honoring the service of the local law enforcement officers and their families. They gave a way a ton of prizes to guests via raffles.
This was a fun event despite being very very hot yesterday we powered thru it and brought smiles to the faces of all in attendence. Despite the very low support by fellow troopers we made the best of what we had. I had a soon to be Central Garrison Kylo Ren that lives local step in and help out. We also set up a booth at the event to inform people about the 501st as well as the Heart Of The Force program we are doing. All in all it was a great event and all a part of the continued effort to recruit new members in our area so that we can provide a greater showing by MWG.
