The 501st has I believe only 3 listed members with approved costumes but nothing listed as requirements for approval. (Measurements, fabrics etc ) I fell in love with this character and a...

Re: WTB: armor for TK certification

everything that is TK, can be found on our detachment site: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/ I am roughly your size, and depending how you carry it, think a lot of the armor out there would fit. Some of our TK experts would have more info, but definatly sign up for the TK forums, and get familiar wi...

IL - Schaumburg/60002 - Rehearsal Dinner - Sat 10/26/13

We were asked by a fellow Legion member to lend a hand, and crash his son and future daughter-in-laws wedding rehearsal dinner. It was our pleasure to help a member of the New England Garrison, and he was impressed, as well as the patrons of the restaurant. We were told numerous times how great our ...

Re: Southern Illinois gal starting a Jawa for Approval

Thank you for the help everyone! I thought I would start with a Jawa(easy build so I can get started with the 501st) then start a Storm Trooper build and an Ewok. I know the Storm Trooper will take a while and I would love to start trooping in the mean time to meet others, help charities and to see...

IL - Plainfield/60544 - SW reads day - SAT 1PM to 4PM

This was the 2nd year the Plainfeild Library participated in Star Wars Reads Day. As I was their contact and coordinator last year, as soon as they started planning I received the call to coordinate this years. Once again the library and staff went all out with crafts and activities for the children...

Re: Was told this would happen... (Blasters & Sabers Questio

Sent to Charity Blog as humanitarian talked to Dan, but he didnt have an accurate count of things. He doesnt count anymore, because it tends to stress him out not knowing if there be enough for the kids. I do know we had myself, Dave, and Jose bring in donations, but humanitarian is fine, thats why...
