Troops, This was a new type of event for us in east central Illinois. Lola's Brush hosts painting parties. The city of Monticello shows a series free movies on the downtown square during the summer. On August 5th, they showed Star Wars: The Force Awakens. We mingled with the fans before the movie and then stayed for the showing.

This event went well, but we had our doubts. We had trouble with this event before: too many unsupervised kids. This time was better. We had fun doing the activities with the kids and taking pictures.
