Re: MWG Animated Clone Helmet Build
Helmet is painted and weathered. I used Rustoleum White semi-gloss. I used Rustoleum Dark Grey Semi-gloss for the weathering and grey area. I just need to install the lense, add a fan and pad the inside... Here she is! http://www.flickr.com/photos/29183756@N02/sets/72157627126607078/ Thanks! Sean

Re: MWG Animated Clone Helmet Build
Ordinarily I would agree. However, the 2nd slot on the left (reference side view pic - front facing left) has a noticable dimple. It stands out.huntman wrote:On my clone helmet I did not remove the areas under the earcap. (the 4 "slots" on each side).

Re: MWG Animated Clone Helmet Build
Both my and Anthony's regular clone buckets are OSCS and we have 1 OSCS animated bucket as well.. I did a LOT of the detail cuts with an exacto saw (not just a knife) and felt I had way more control, then I pulled out a set of jewelers files to get in and clean it up more.. Just food for thought :)...

Thanks Sean, I am 5'7" how much trimming off the kit would be needed? Did you get the Tall, or short kit? Again, many thanks! You are welcome my friend. I have the animated clone kit, not the tall/short movie clone kit, so I'm not sure about how the movie kit would fit you. However, if your interes...

Just for kicks I googled "Black dive skin" and it produced a few on-line stores that carried them. Some under $50.
